Swift Wins 4 Grammy’s; No Kanye?

Sure, Taylor Swift is an excellent musician….well, maybe; however, whatever your opinion may be of the young ,20-year-old, starlet,  she took home 4 Grammys the other night leaving some to ponder the question, ” Where’s Kanye?”

Let’s not forget about Swifts last award show at the MTV VMAS where the country singer phenom was rudely interrupted by Mr. West(no respect intended) after receiving a VMA for best music video of the year.

The fact that there was only 1 hip hop act nominated for any Grammy whatsoever this year leaves many suspecting that perhaps hip hop has been put on a “time out” for bad behavior.

Regardless of reasoning, to say that the negative publicity surrounding Taylor Swift and Kanye West did not in some way sway judges decisions in supporting Ms. Swift, would be a slight understatement.

Sure, Swift is a talented musician who deserves every Grammy that she was nominated for and happened to win, but even young, talented, country singers, can use a little help from ignorant, egotistical, black men, who decide to flee to India.
